Our team: sales trainers, business actors and organisation
Our sales trainers sold and led sales teams themselves before they started training. Our business actors play your customers the way your team meets them every day.

Three steps to your first training day
Briefing
You describe your situation: team, goal, timeframe, industry. A 30-minute call gives us a first picture.
Trainer proposal
We propose the trainer and, where it makes sense, the business actor who fit your team’s industry, language and customer types.
Introduction and concept
You meet the trainer before you decide. Then you receive the concept and proposal for your training.
Questions about our sales trainers
Do your trainers deliver training in English?
Yes. Many of our trainers and business actors work in English, and several also in French, Italian or Spanish. Each card above shows the languages. All our trainers are senior trainers with their own sales and leadership experience.
How much does a sales trainer cost?
We price per programme, not per trainer and day. The price depends on training days, the use of a business actor, the number of participants, the length of follow-up, location and language. After the concept call you receive a binding budget. More on this under What sales training costs.
How do you find the right trainer for our team?
In the briefing we clarify your team’s goal, industry, language and customer types. We then propose a trainer and, where it makes sense, a business actor. You meet the trainer before you decide.
Do you also train online and outside Germany?
Yes. Our trainers are based in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and train on site across these three countries or online as interval training. Simulations with business actors are available in German, English, French, Italian and Spanish, other languages on request.
