We are an owner-managed company, and every enquiry is handled personally by our Managing Director. Our relationships with clients and your trust matter to us, so we are happy to invest time up front.

What does the initial call cost?
The initial call is free of charge. You get a concrete assessment and, if you wish, a concept with a proposal. Whether you accept it is up to you, in your own time.
Can I talk to a trainer directly?
Yes. After the initial call we propose the trainer who fits your industry, team and language, and you meet them in the concept call before you commit. You can find the team under Our trainers.
Do you also deliver training in English?
Yes, in English or German, on site in Germany, Austria and Switzerland or remotely. Travel costs are invoiced separately and agreed individually.
